High Performance Air Filter High Precision Filter Compressed Air Filter
The filter (air compressor) is used to remove impurities such as oil, moisture and dust in the compressed air. Different application occasions have different requirements for air source filtration. The filters are divided into primary filters, secondary filters and high efficiency filters. The primary filter, also known as the simple filter, is placed in the air compressor station after the dryer, commonly used filters, felts, silica gel, coke and other materials for adsorption and filtration, and its dust filtering efficiency is 50% to 70%.
The secondary filter, also known as the water separator, is the most widely used in pneumatic systems, and its dust filtering efficiency is 70% to 90%. High-efficiency filter is a precision water filter with a small filter element aperture. It is often used in pneumatic sensors and detection devices. It is installed after the secondary filter as the third stage of filtration, and its ash filtration efficiency reaches 99%.

Function
Filter out ozone, mist and super-tiny particulates in compressed air.
C Grade main pipeline filter, get rid of most liquid and solid particles which is above 3μm, and the oil content in the residual is only 5ppm. Only little moisture, dust and oil mist is contained in the air. It is used after the air tank and before the air dryer.
T Grade air pipeline air filter, get rid of the liquid and solid particles which is below 1μm, and the oil content in the residual is only 0.5ppm. Only very little moisture, dust and oil mist is contained in the air. It is used after the air tank and the air dryer, and before the A grade air filter to improve the air quality.
A Grade Ultra-efficient filter, get rid of the liquid and solid particles which is below 0.01μm, and the oil content in the residual is only 0.001ppm. Nearly all the moisture, dust and oil mist is get rid of. It is used after the air dryer and the H grade air filter.
H Grade activated carbon micro oil mist filter, get rid of the oil mist and hydrocarbons which is below 0.01μm, and the oil content in the residual is only 0.003ppm. No moisture, dust and oil mist, no smell. It is the last process of the air filtration and supply high quality air to the food, breathing and aseptic packaging industries.
