DEHAHA ALL IN ONE series compressed air system integrates screw air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, and air receiver tank into one assembly. This compact assembly provides a complete solution to produce clean and dry compressed air. Simplicity in just connecting an outlet pipe, drain pipe, and electrical cables to the system saves cost and space.
Product Features
1. The whole system consists of a 30hp energy-saving screw air compressor, a 500-liter air storage tank, a refrigerated dryer, an adsorption dryer, and 5 precision filters.
2. The screw air end imported from Germany is used to ensure high efficiency, high stability, smoother cutting and smoother cutting surface.
3. There are not only refrigerated dryers, but also adsorption dryers. It also uses Italian ATS 6-level high efficiency filters to ensure that the compressed air entering the laser cutting machine is dry and oil-free.
4. The constant temperature control system minimizes the water content inside the system and ensures the long life and high efficiency of the air compressor.
5. The whole system is a skid-mounted integrated type, which saves users the cumbersome steps of connecting pipes and valves. Small footprint and space saving. Maintenance is simple and easy to operate.
6. The finally discharged compressed air is completely water-free, the particle content is less than 0.01um, the oil content is less than 0.001ppm, and the pressure dew point is -20 to -40 degrees.
