2.the air compressor host is one of the few domestic use of the third generation of 5:6 asymmetric tooth shape single-stage compression, the gas production effect is excellent. The cooling mode is air cooling, and the unit adopts the direct connection driving mode. All the cylinders are precision castings, strong and durable, winged on the surface of the cylinder, beneficial to the heat dissipation of the compressor host.

3. The suction port of the main engine is equipped with an air filter of 2 µ m. All the materials of the coolers are aluminum plate wing structure, which has good heat transfer effect and is suitable for various environments.

4. Dehaha customized motor is a high-efficiency export motor with low failure rate and high efficiency.

7. Description of control system of high pressure compressor unit

1. The unit is controlled by PLC, all Chinese display (Chinese and English), showing the air compressor status information, fault alarm information, parameter setting, temperature and pressure, total running time and loading running time, loading / unloading / full load display, emergency shutdown, operation mode, etc. And can record at least 30 historical alarm information, exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature history information, with automatic and manual control (automatic loading and unloading) to achieve unmanned operation of the unit.

2. The following protection is provided:

⑴ The exhaust temperature is too high protection, the nose exhaust temperature exceeds 105℃, immediately alarm and shutdown.

⑵ Electrical appliance protection, electrical fault alarm and shutdown.

⑶ Overload protection, main motor / fan motor overload alarm and shutdown.

⑷ 380V power supply misphase protection, missing phase protection shutdown.

⑸ Overpressure protection, the exhaust pressure exceeds the setting value of the alarm shutdown.

⑹ It has three alarm functions: oil and gas separator blocking alarm, air filter blocking alarm and oil filter blocking alarm

⑺ Automatic temperature control system, maintain the lubricating oil temperature through the temperature control valve is above the pressure dew point temperature, to ensure that the oil temperature is in the best state (see the description of the air compressor composition system for details).
