Advantages
1. Reasonable structure, ideal balance
A star wheel symmetry structure is arranged on both sides of the screw of the oil free compressor, to make the oil free compressor not only without unbalanced inertia force, but also cancel the axial force and radial force on the screw,as well as it will be in ideal force balance.
2. High Efficiency
Oil-free air compressor theoretically has no clearance volume,high single machine capacity, ideal isothermal compression. Due to its thermal conductivity, when the water is injected into the compressor chamber, the temperature will fall to 45℃, close to the suction temperature.
3. Oil-free
Water instead of oil, to achieve the four functions: lubrication, cooling, sealing, noise reduction, to provide high quality 100% oil-free air with no pollution, the water discharged without special treatment,which conforms to the environmental requirements.
4.Low noise, small shaking
The power balance system of the oil-free air compressor can effectively control the vibration source and balance the operation, the foundation has no special requirement, the star wheel adopts special custom polymer material, the working cavity is sprayed with lubricating water, and there is no transmission gear in the middle, so the operation noise is very low.
5.Long life for air end
The symmetry of the structure and the possibility of setting up the reflux hole can balance the radial and axial forces generated by the compressor during operation. Therefore, the rotor bearing load is very small, can run for 50,000 hours; the resin made of the star wheel can be used for 25,000~30,000 hours, the compressor design life up to 300,000hours.
